Compact:

This layout is perfect for when you want to see all of your bookmarks at a glance. With three columns, you can easily scan and see your newly synced bookmarks

Regular:

The regular layout is a more traditional way to view your bookmarks. This layout helps avoid overstimulation and is a toned down version of the compact layout.

Large:

This layout is great if you really want to zone in on the details of every single one of your bookmarks. With a single column, read through each bookmark one by one just like you’re on traditional social media.
